Having a hard time visualizing how your space could look and feel? This is the perfect service for you! "The Visual" includes all deliverables from "Tier 1 - The Blueprint", plus custom 3D visualizations of your space brought to life. Courtney spends extra time understanding your personal design style to ensure that it is reflected in the renderings. This gives you the necessary technical information to make your space work from a function and flow perspective, and a bit of direction when it comes to its finished style and aesthetic.
You can expect the following deliverables as part of this service:
Meeting with Courtney to discuss your challenges with the space*
2D floor plan of your existing space and it's painpoints
Custom 2D floor plan that addresses your challenges; floor plan includes dimensions of all proposed structural changes or suggested furniture items**
Collection of custom 3D renderings bringing your space from a flat floor plan to a fully-designed vision
A presentation of proprosed changes and next steps; upon final approval, Courtney delivers a comprehensive digital document with all relevant information as you move forward with the project on your own.
Full-service interior design is not currently offered; purchasable links and/or physical items portrayed in the renderings are not included as part of this service.
*For clients within a 50-mile radius of Sheboygan, WI, Courtney will personally gather measurements and photos of the space at the initial meeting.
**For plans that includes structural changes, final dimensions and construction decisions remain subject to verification and approval by builder and appropriate licensed professionals.
